Please read these terms carefully before using the GayOrbitX website. By using the site, you agree to be bound by these terms in full.

1. CODE OF CONDUCT

When commenting or submitting material, you agree:

  • Not to send offensive, hateful, violent, or illegal content.
  • Not to send content that infringes the copyright of others.
  • Not to impersonate any other person.

GayOrbitX reserves the right to remove any content that violates these rules without prior notice.

1.2. COPYRIGHT IN SUBMITTED MATERIAL

By sending your work (texts, photos, videos) to contact@gayorbitx.com, you confirm that:

  • You are the author and hold all rights to that material.
  • You grant GayOrbitX a non-exclusive, perpetual, royalty-free license to publish, display, and distribute your material on the website and social media, with obligatory credit to your name (or pseudonym).
  • You retain all other copyrights and may share your work elsewhere.

1.3. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

GayOrbitX strives to publish accurate information but does not guarantee the complete accuracy, reliability, or currency of the content. Use of information from the site is at your own risk.

1.4. LINKS TO OTHER WEBSITES

Our site may contain links to other websites. We have no control over their content and assume no responsibility for it.

2. SUBMISSION GUIDELINES (Guest Content)

These guidelines apply to all users who send their work (texts, photos, videos) to contact@gayorbitx.com.

2.1. What we accept

  • Personal stories, essays, poetry, travelogues, photos, illustrations with LGBT+ themes.
  • Material must be your own original work. If it is not, you must have written permission from the author.

2.2. What we do not accept

  • Hate speech, violence, discrimination.
  • Content that violates the laws of the Republic of Serbia.
  • Photos of other people without their explicit permission.

2.3. Copyright in Submitted Material

By submitting material, you confirm:

  • That you are the author and hold all rights.
  • You grant GayOrbitX a non-exclusive, perpetual, royalty-free license to publish, display, and distribute your material on the website and social media, with obligatory credit to your name (or pseudonym).
  • You retain all other copyrights and may republish your work anywhere else.

2.4. Technical Notes

  • Texts: maximum 2000 words (for longer pieces, get in touch to discuss).
  • Photos: JPEG or PNG, maximum 10MB per file.
  • Videos: link to YouTube/Vimeo (we do not accept video files directly).

3. COMMENTING GUIDELINES

Comments are welcome and form an important part of our community. Please adhere to the following guidelines:

3.1. Permitted Behaviour

  • Constructive criticism and exchange of opinions.
  • Sharing personal experiences related to the topic.
  • Asking questions to authors and other readers.

3.2. Prohibited Behaviour

  • ❌ Hate speech, personal insults, discrimination on any grounds.
  • ❌ Spam, advertising, promotion of products/services without prior notice.
  • ❌ Disclosing others' personal information (addresses, phone numbers, emails).
  • ❌ Sending links to unsafe or inappropriate content.

3.3. Moderation

GayOrbitX reserves the right to:

  • Delete any comment that violates these rules without prior warning.
  • Temporarily or permanently block users who systematically violate the rules.
  • Report users who send threats or illegal content to the relevant authorities.

4. COPYRIGHT IN SITE CONTENT

All content published on GayOrbitX (texts, photos, illustrations, logo) is protected by copyright, unless stated otherwise.

Not permitted:

  • Copying, reproducing, or distributing content without written permission from the author.
  • Commercial use of content without prior agreement.

Permitted:

  • Sharing links to our articles on social media.
  • Quoting parts of texts with obligatory attribution (GayOrbitX and link to the original article).
