What is GayOrbitX?
GayOrbitX is an independent space where stories, travelogues, thoughts, and visuals intertwine without censorship. We explore everyday life as it really is – from silly moments and heartbreaks to those deeper, intimate topics that often go unspoken. This is an orbit where everyone is welcome to be exactly who they are.
Who runs the portal?
Behind GayOrbitX is an editor from Serbia – his own boss, a writer, and a traveller. The portal is a personal project driven by the desire to create a place where our stories aren't ironed out, censored, or glossed over. And yes, it's all done out of passion, love, and sheer persistence.
Why the name "GayOrbitX"?
Orbit because everything revolves around us – our lives, our experiences, our people. X is the unknown, a space for everything we've yet to discover. And of course, for all the things that can't be neatly boxed in.
CONTENT AND SECTIONS
What kind of stories do you publish?
All kinds – from short, everyday moments to travelogues and reviews, to confessional pieces and essays. We have the My Orbit section for personal perspectives, Unfiltered for those deeper, rawer stories, and of course, gay travel content and reviews of places worth visiting (or not).
What does the "(Un)censored" section mean?
It's a space where we don't hold back. More explicit topics, sexuality, fetishes, honest stories with no beating around the bush. This content is intended strictly for adults (18+) and often wouldn't be publishable anywhere else. It's on the Portal, but clearly labelled. On Patreon, it's in full glory.
Where do you get your story ideas?
Life writes the best scripts. Personal experiences, things we hear from friends, anonymous stories sent to us, and sometimes pure imagination when creative darkness strikes. A lot also comes from travelling – new cities, new people, new flavours.
WRITING AND COLLABORATION
Can I send in my own story or photo?
Absolutely! GayOrbitX is open to everyone. If you have a text, photo, illustration, video – anything you think belongs here – send it to contact@gayorbitx.com with the subject line "Story for the portal". Please just make sure the material is your own and authentic.
Will you pay for my text?
At the moment, everything is based on voluntary support and a love for writing. We publish work with full credit to the author – including your name, bio, and links to your social media. Your story gets a platform, and you get exposure. If the portal grows, we'll change the rules of the game. 😉
Do you edit the stories I send in?
Proofreading and minor tweaks – yes, to help the story breathe. Changing the essence, tone, or authorial voice – never. Your story remains yours; we just tidy up the feathers a bit so it flies better.
SUPPORT AND DONATIONS
How can I support the portal?
In two ways:
- Buy Me a Coffee – a one-off symbolic tip. Coffee for a good story.
- Patreon – a monthly subscription for those who want deeper access and exclusive content (stories, audio, illustrations).
What do I get on Patreon?
It depends on the support tier:
- Orbiter ($3): Access to all exclusive stories that don't make it onto the site.
- Insider ($7): All stories + illustrations and audio versions (coming soon).
- Creator ($15): All of the above + voting on topics and PDF collections.
Everything is clearly marked 18+ and uncensored.
Where does the donation money go?
Exclusively to maintaining the portal (hosting, domain), supporting contributors, and creating new content. No ads, no data selling. Just you and your support.

Same email. Though we try to keep everything under control, having your help is always welcome.
