Love doesn't ask. Love just is.

The feeling of being in love – of genuine commitment and that silly, giddy infatuation – was never reserved for straight people alone. All those emotions that make us human – we have them too. It's strange that some find this hard to believe, but love knows no gender, no age, no borders. You fall in love with a person, after all.

Is it possible to love honestly? Absolutely. Sometimes you need to switch off your head and let your heart (and maybe another organ or two) do the talking. That pure emotion has nothing to do with sexual orientation – it's simply part of being human.

What a person can do for love – even the sky isn't the limit. That inexplicable force can lift you to the stars, and unfortunately, it can also bring disappointment. Both are part of life – and life is something you get through. But don't be afraid. Breathe deeply and enjoy every day that love brings. Because if you truly love someone, you'll never regret being the one who loved.

In the end, love is what makes us human. Enjoy it. Love. That's the point.
